Megan Matsuo, Class Rep. Long, shiny, black hair, with a yellow ribbon bow. Megan is mature and serious about school, but good-natured. She judges everyone's opinion based on how they act-- she represents the good students better than the troublemakers, but every one who asks for her help is taken into account. Megan particularly appreciates Yui's contributions to the class, and values Mirei's good work ethic and grades.

Yui Karasu, Study Group. A glasses-wearing dweeb with a spot of acne. Pulls her raven black hair into a ratty ponytail. Single-handedly maintains a study group for students who wants an extra edge in class. She's "nice" enough but extremely shy and withdrawn to an extent where her personality is really a non-issue. Aces practically every subject. Oddly, gets along well with Tetsuko Hashiba.

Tetsuko "Iron Maiden" Hashiba, Track & Field. Mahogany-haired, wears it in a high, sporty pony, grins like a fool (liken to Wasshu from Tenchi Muyo). No makeup. Rolls her uniform sleeves up past her elbows. Tetsuko is the sports star of the whole grade, all around athlete with a speciality in shot-put. She has very strong moods, and very expressive-- it's plain to see when she's chipper or catty. She tries to keep everyone's spirits up, but judges people harshly. Oddly, gets along well with Yui Karasu.

Ruka Kato, Gardening Club. A classmate with curly red hair and blue eyes. She's got a bit of a country-girl accent, and wears a lot of necklaces with different jewels. Always homemade lunches, always wearing home-made clothing, accessories and repairs.

Suzuka Kouji, Brooding, Delinquent Artist. Blue hair, cut messily in rebellion. Since summer, her eyes have been noticeably, extremely bloodshot. Her skirt is modded to be extra long, marking her as a member of a particular girl's gang. Suzuka is a less-than star student, and prefers to deface her desk and chair, or doodle in textbooks or notebooks, rather than pay any serious attention to teachers. Suzuka is standoffish and short of temper, but doesn't generally bother anyone who stays out of her way. In her free time, she's "secretly" the street artist KOZU.

Alexi Hanson, Decora Enthusiast. Short brown hair, worn in a side-top ponytail. Has "Huge" eyes, wears a lot of obvious, bright makeup, lots of layers, lots of clunky jewelry, lots of junk (look up decora fashion/deco loli). Takara considers herself to be a fashionista but her tastes are very extreme. She's spunky and makes a lot of snap decisions that can get her in shallow trouble. She isn't very smart but keeps a positive outlook and does "well enough." Part of Yui Karasu's afterschool study group, but has dreams of starting a Fashion Club.

Akuyi "Z-chan" Ikumi, Daydreamer. Long, light brown, wavy hair, often worn with a baseball cap over top. Her skirt is extra long, signifying she's a member of a girl's gang. Ruka sleeps in class nearly every day, and ignores the lecture the rest of the time by staring out the window. She has consistently terrible grades and only scrapes by because of Yui's Karasu's afterschool study group. Ruka tries to get along with everybody, and is always extremely calm and subdued. She is a member of the "Fantasy Club", but usually can't make it to after-school meetings.

Chouko Asahina, Mascot Club. Brown hair worn in a straight cut style, with few embellishments to her uniform. Chouko is rather lazy and rude. A member of the newly formed "Mascot Club" which is expected to produce icons for school events. So far, the club has merely used a 10-year-old suit pulled from storage, and has failed to come up with anything original. The club is just a pretense for it's members to hang out after school and have access to storage rooms. Has the gall to bully other students despite essentially being a fursuiter, Chouko isn't taken very seriously but is pretty thoroughly disliked. Gets on well with A-Chan, however.

Takara Inoue, Unaffiliated Gossip. Frizzy brown hair and too-much eyeliner. She's always standing around with someone else, or talking in class, and can say some mean things accidentally. She's the type that is changing rapidly, trying to find a place to fit in. The type that drama centers around. A gossip, with a sometimes bully-like sense of humour.

Ryou "A-Chan" Abercrombie, Karaoke club President. Red hair worn in a style after a popular Idol. She sometimes wears tiny star-stickers on her face. A-Chan is a previously-friendly girl with a good voice, who became a bit of a huge diva after starting the wildly popular Karaoke Club. It is extremely large for being a new club, A-Chan even has a fan club, of sorts. Looks down on other students from her newfound position of power and popularity. Friends with Chouko Asahina.

Takara Inoue
A classmate with frizzy brown hair and too-much eyeliner. She's always standing around with someone else, or talking in class, and can say some mean things accidentally. She's the type that is changing rapidly, trying to find a place to fit in. The type that drama centers around. A gossip, with a sometimes bully-like sense of humour.

Shichirou Tachibana
A boy the same age as protagonists, but in a different class. Short black hair, brown eyes, and a slightly more expressive voice than his friends. He's a big fan of geography and history, but is most often found idly playing ball games with a bunch of friends.


Sakiko Kato
The school groundskeeper, a little bit more lenient than the rest of the schoolteachers, since she's practically invisible to administration. Brown hair tied back in a ponytail, and a few spots on her face from working in the sun, Sakiko is a practical woman who has become used to having more to do than she actually has time for. If there was a gardening club, she'd tell them what to do.


Daichi Matsuoka
The local nursery and bonsai garden worker. He's college age, and studying to get an arts degree. Its a family business, and he's often chatting or slacking off and being hungover when nobody is looking. He has brown hair that he put green streaks in because he was bored.
